  Chief Petty Officer Michael R. Tufariello, USN (Ret.) reported payroll fraud at the Dallas Naval Air Station and was confined in reprisal at an Air Force Base in Oklahoma.  He testified before Congress and was invited to speak on ABC TV's Nightline.  He may contribute further material to this web site which will be circulated to all past, present, and future military personnel to prevent such abuse.
